You are looking at a
1979 Yamaha XS650-2F that is in good cosmetic condition and good mechanical
condition. I've only had this bike for a few years. This bike was purchased
for a good friend whom was going to get his motorcycle license, but due to
conditions out of his control he has decided to forgo riding but I now I
need the room and I already have a XS650 so this one has to go. The Speedometer gauge was changed because the original one was dented the closest I could find was one which was 630 miles less in the actual mileage the title will show the difference. I titled and
tagged the bike so he was ready to get his license, but the bike never left
the garage since.

Cosmetics:
The bike is in overall great condition
for being 25 years old. It has cosmetic
blemishes, but it is still a good looking bike and it runs great! The tank
was beginning to show some signs of rust, so the prior owner took the tank to bare metal and
painted. (but not a real high gloss).
Mechanical:
It has just over 16,000 miles on it. I
purchased this bike with two other bikes the
bike had a full tune-up before it was stored last winter including
plugs, the carbs serviced and matched together. The bike runs
well, the fluids were changed on the front brakes
and is in good mechanical condition. A new
battery was just installed the electric start works, but
it is suggested that the bike is started by kick starting when the motor is
cold or first run. The
bike will usually start the bike on the first few
kicks even when it's been sitting for a day
and is cold.

I have a clear title on
the bike which I will sign over to the winning bidder. A
non-refundable $100 deposit due at the end of auction, Paypal
Preferred for the deposit, if mailed deposit must be paid by Money Order and received with in five days unless otherwise pre
arranged, Negative or Zero Feedback Bidders must e-mail me prior to you bidding, other wise I will reject your bid, sorry, have been burnt before with non paying bidders. The balance is due within
7 days. I will make every
effort to assist the purchaser with the shipment if this bike, the
buyer shall be responsible for all shipping costs Short Distance delivery could
be arranged for a transportation fee to be determined upon receipt of
destination.
I prefer to have bike picked up within one
week of auctions end, a longer pickup date is
possibly must be prearranged. Please feel free to

Sale Inventory nor will it carry any warranty.
