Purchasing a Gift Certificate

You can purchase a gift certificate from White's Motorcycle Inc. Onlinestore here. Recipients can use gift certificates towards the purchase of any product on Motorcycle USA's Superstore (except additional gift certificates).

Gift certificates can only be delivered electronically by email. You will not receive a paper gift certificate.

We cannot combine gift certificate orders with regular orders. For example, when buying a helmet and a gift certificate, place a normal order for the helmet and a gift certificate order for the gift certificate.

The recipient may not receive the gift certificate immediately after purchase. Motorcycle USA's Superstore will confirm the purchase and send the gift certificate email after payment has been received.

Paying by Gift Certificate

You can use a gift certificate to pay for almost any item sold by Motorcycle USA's Superstore. All you need to redeem your gift certificate is your claim code, which can be found on the email that was sent to you. Look for it to the right of the words "Gift Certificate Number".

You can redeem your gift certificate when placing a new order through Motorcycle USA's Superstore. Just add items to your Shopping Cart and place an order via our online order form. You will be asked to enter the claim code during checkout. Enter the entire gift certificate number, including any hyphens, and click "Apply Gift Certificate". Your order balance due will reflect the change.

To redeem more than one gift certificate, enter the first claim code and click the "Enter another" button. You can repeat this once for each gift certificate that you have. Please note that promotional certificates may have restrictions that limit you to one per purchase.

If your gift certificate covers the cost of your order, we will place the balance in your gift certificate account. The next time you place an order via our order form, you will be given the opportunity to use those gift certificate funds. Unused gift certificate funds will remain in your account until the expiration date.

If the cost of your order exceeds the value of your gift certificate, you will be given the opportunity to pay for the balance, to redeem another gift certificate or to change your order.

Problems with a Gift Certificate?

If the intended recipient of an email gift certificate claims to have never received the email containing the claim code, we can help. It is possible that the recipient either accidentally deleted the email or that they are blocking email from White's Motorcycle Inc.. Users of ISPs such as AOL and Hotmail have the option of blocking all email messages that originate outside of their domain. If the gift recipient's email address includes one of these domains, please contact them first to make sure their email is configured to accept emails from white'smotorcycles.com and whitesmotorcycles\onlinestore

To request that an email gift certificate be resent, please submit an e-mail to info@whitesmotorcycles.com  with the Subject:Lost Gift Certificate.Please include the original intended recipient and date of purchase, additionally please provide the name of the purchaser After confirming the validity of the request, we will resend the gift certificate number to the original sender and recipient.
